A serial entrepreneur, Wayne started Conexis to fill a market need but also to deal with a gap that had bugged him for a long time - no real independent VMS solution for the Mid-Market.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and starting Conexis, Wayne was with Accenture’s Services Procurement practice. Wayne has designed, built, and ran programs from millions to billions.
John has almost 20 years experience in the workforce solutions arena having designed, built, and run over 100 Contingent Workforce programs in a wide range of industries.
John is passionate about the mass adoption of VMS tools for programs of all sizes and complexity and believes in building solutions that are practical, simple, and easy to use, that end users embrace.
Michelle started her career with a decade in the Staffing, MSP and RPO space before transitioning into management consulting spending 11 years with PwC as a project management expert working on global software implementations for applications such as Workday, SAP and Oracle.
Michelle now brings her unique, best-in-class skill set to Conexis, overseeing our client operations and implementation initiatives.
