I’m delighted to share that Conexis VMS has once again been recognized as a Major Contender in the 2026 Everest Group VMS PEAK Matrix® Assessment for North America and Globally.
This is our third consecutive year as a Major Contender in North America, and our second consecutive year recognized on the global assessment - and to be named a Major Contender across both is genuinely incredible. This is a wonderful reflection of the momentum we're building, both within North America and globally.
That is something I am genuinely proud of. And I want to take a moment to talk about what it means - and who made it possible.
Last year, we celebrated our first global recognition. This year marks our second consecutive year as a Major Contender globally - reflecting the work we have been doing to expand beyond North America into the UK and Europe.
This expansion reflects our commitment to enhancing our global capabilities through multi-currency, multi-language, tax configurations, compliance workflows, and centralized reporting across regions, as we support the more complex global compliance requirements: varying labor laws, tax regulations, worker classification rules, and data privacy requirements.
To be assessed alongside the largest names in enterprise software - platforms backed by some of the world's biggest technology companies - and to earn a position on the global matrix as a Major Contender is genuinely extraordinary.
As an independently owned, vendor-neutral VMS headquartered in North America and built by practitioners - we may not be the biggest VMS in the industry today, but what we have is a platform built differently, a team that cares deeply, and clients who stay with us because the experience is genuinely better.
That is what earned this recognition.
The Everest Group VMS PEAK Matrix® Assessment is rigorous. Everest Group spends months assessing platform capabilities, market adoption, client outcomes, and forward-looking vision. This is not a self-reported award. This year, 29 leading VMS providers were assessed - ranging from new entrants to some of the most established players in the industry.

To understand where we are going, it's important to know our past and what drives us. Before we founded Conexis VMS, my Co-Founder, Wayne Burgess, and I spent years in staffing, MSP, procurement, and contingent workforce roles. In these roles, we managed contingent workforce programs using traditional enterprise VMS platforms.
We lived the frustration firsthand - systems that were overly complex, clunky to operate, expensive to maintain, rigid to customize, slow to implement, and genuinely difficult for users to adopt. Not to mention the lack of customer support when your inquiries go unanswered.
So we built our own.
We intentionally took a different path. Instead of replicating legacy systems, we built Conexis VMS from the ground up using the most modern technology to meet the needs of today's contingent workforce programs - both now and in the future.
We’re solving the pain points that have held this industry back for too long - complexity, rigidity, and painfully slow rollouts. Our mission from day one was to make VMS technology faster, smarter, and more enjoyable to use.
Having worked in this industry for over 20 years, I know how rare that is. And I’m proud that our vision is resonating, as we continue to grow and expand, both here in North America and Globally.
Our journey does not end here. As we look to the future, we continue to invest in our platform - with new AI capabilities, enhancements and functionalities.
